Robert Saxe
Robert Saxe is Capital Value Investments’ Managing Partner and is also the founder and managing director of nVision Consulting Group, a global management consulting firm. Robert, and the entities he manages, are currently limited partners in more than 15 multifamily investment projects. He co-founded Capital Value Investments to create and provide new passive investment opportunities for other entrepreneurs and busy professionals seeking risk-adjusted diversification, long-term equity positions, and stable cash-flows and income streams.

Jack Craney
Jack Craney is a co-founder and partner in Capital Value Investments. He oversees investor relations upon asset acquisition. He and Robert have worked side-by-side for the past six years. Jack has experience in credit risk, portfolio management, and deal analysis. He has experience within the banking and consulting industries, serving and managing a variety of client relationships. Jack also supports the identification and underwriting of Capital Value Investments’ new fund and asset acquisition opportunities.
